How to create an account
To create a new account, click on the Login button in the upper right-hand corner of our home page, to the left of your cart.
Then, follow the links under "New Customers" to the right side of the page. From there, you can create an account using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account.

If I've ordered with Grommet before, do I have an account?

Having placed an order does not necessarily mean you also have an account with Grommet.If you've checked out as a "guest" in the past, you must create an account with us to enjoy benefits such as being able to see your order history, write reviews, and maintain your wishlist. Orders placed as a guest will not be visible in account history.
I forgot my password, help!
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by entering your email on our site and clicking the reset password link, that will then be emailed to you. To do this, click the "Login" button in the upper right corner of our site.

Once you are on the login page, please click forgot your password?.

On the page that will appear, enter your email address and hit the Submit button.

Check your email for the link to reset your password and follow the steps from there.
Please note that passwords must contain at least 6 characters with at least 1 capital letter and at least 1 number.
I need to change my password, help!
If you know your password but would like to change it, please log in to your account with your old password under the Returning Customers section of the login page.

Then, proceed to your "My Account" page and click the "Change Password" link and input the required information in the corresponding boxes.

Once you enter your old password and new password (you will need to enter the new password into two different boxes), then click the Submit button.
