What does the "Complete" status mean?
The complete status means that your order has shipped and has scans on the tracking progress. It doesn't mean that it's been delivered, only that it's been marked as shipped in our system.
When marked as complete, you'll be able to track your order and follow along for delivery estimates.
What does the "Processing" status mean?
After an order is placed, it immediately goes into processing. An order being processed is an order that is currently going through all the necessary steps prior to being ready for delivery. When you see the 'processing' status it means that your order is being reviewed by our Grommet Partner or shipping warehouse, before it is packed and sent out.
Why is my tracking information incomplete?
Tracking information is available only after an item ships, which usually takes about 1-3 business days from the time you place an order, depending on the product ordered.
It may take up to three days for your tracking information to be generated. If it's been more than three days and you haven't received any tracking info, please contact us.
