Different products have different shipping options — You can view shipping methods and costs during checkout before submitting your order. Some made-to-order items can't be expedited, and only ground shipping will be available.
Items with standard shipping arrangements may have ground, expedited, or express shipping options, and the delivery times for each are also shown during checkout. You can see all of the available shipping options by selecting "see faster options" under the standard shipping method.
Keep in mind that expedited and express options do not qualify for free Perks shipping.
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship items. Carriers are selected automatically to provide a balance between the fastest and cheapest options, and you'll be able to see which carrier is being offered for each option. We are not able to choose a carrier for you.
We do have some items which can't be shipped to a PO Box or Via USPS. These will have that notated under the "Share" button. The note will say "We're sorry, this product cannot ship to PO boxes."
We also do not offer additional services such as Signature Required or Shipping Insurance.
What about expedited shipping?
Depending on the product ordered, there might be an option to select expedited shipping during the "Delivery" step of the checkout process.
If the expedited shipping option doesn't appear during check out, the shipment can only be shipped ground.
Please note, we cannot expedite packages once an order has been submitted.
