HERE IS A STEP BY STEP
1) Please ensure you're on the product page and not the Partner page. (If you see a thick teal banner across the top with the Partner's name, you’re on the Partner page.) Here’s an example screenshot:
2) Click on the thumbnail of the product that interests you, and then you’ll be directed to the product page. If applicable, please select the customizations from the drop-down menus and click “Add to Cart.” You'll get a cart pop up, where you can either select "checkout now", or keep shopping.
3) You can click on the red shopping cart icon at the top right-hand corner of the page to initiate checkout at any time.
4) If you’re not logged in, you’ll be prompted to register for an account, or choose to continue checking out as a guest. We highly recommend signing up! Tracking orders will be easy and you’ll be able to create a wishlist.
The checkout process has three sections, then an order details review before you submit the order.
5) Section 1: Shipping Info, enter your shipping address, or the address of your gift recipient. It's okay if it's not the same as the billing address.
6) Section 2: Shipping Method, select which method of shipping you prefer. Most folks go with ground unless they need it really quickly. You may notice you have more than one shipment. It's common for items to ship from different locations with us.
7) Section 3: Payment Information, enter your payment information, including your billing zip code. We do not require the full billing address. Just the zip is enough for our credit card processor to verify your card. Once you've filled in these three sections, click the black "Continue to Review" button.
8) Please review your information before hitting “Complete Order” and you're all set! An order confirmation e-mail will be sent right over. You'll also see a page pop up with your new order number once the order is successfully placed.
